All of our equipment is sanitized using EPA-approved cleaning chemicals before being placed into a clean tool container. Used rags and any dirty tools are placed in their own container for disinfection at the end of the day. 

We clean all heavily used tools and equipment with a solution of bleach and water or with Lysol spray. For tools and equipment that cannot be bleached or sprayed with Lysol, we disinfect them with 70-percent isopropyl alcohol. 

Cleaning High-Touch Surfaces

Our home disinfection services place a great deal of emphasis on cleaning high-touch areas. These areas collect millions of germs and are known to contribute to the spread of illnesses of all kinds. We are careful to disinfect the following high-touch surfaces:

• Tables and desks
• Bathroom surfaces
• Door knobs and cabinet pulls
• Light switches
• Remotes, keyboards, and computers
• Phones
• Hard-backed chairs
• Kitchen appliances, countertops, sinks, and faucets
• Microwave panels and handles

Our Home Office

We currently have policies in place to avoid face-to-face contact between employees. Our office staff now is working entirely from home, and our employees wear masks whenever they are close to one another. We are holding staff meetings online and doing everything we can to limit our in-person contact with one another.

Our Team

Before our workday begins, a member of our team reaches out to each employee with a daily health check text. This text asks how each employee is feeling and if they have been around anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or if they are feeling under the weather. 

Any employee that is showing any symptoms before or during their shift or anyone who reports that they are feeling ill must notify our office staff and go home immediately. We then ask that they reach out to their medical provider to get tested for COVID-19. They will not return to work until they have tested negative for the virus two or more consecutive times. 

We also are requesting that our employees follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to prevent the spread of infection. 

Our team enters your home with strict adherence to social distancing practices, staying at least six feet away from you at all times. They wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks and latex gloves. All of our cleaning technicians have received additional training to adhere to CDC home disinfection standards. 

Our Cleaning Practices

For your home disinfection services, we come fully stocked with EPA-approved disinfectants. We also have updated our safety data sheets (SDS sheets) following the outbreak of COVID-19 and instructed our teams on the proper use of these EPA-approved disinfecting agents.



Between each home disinfection service, we disinfect all of our tools before moving on to the next home to prevent cross-contamination. This is something we did before the pandemic, but we are taking extra care now to ensure everything has been disinfected properly.
