Landlord Approval Re-Clean Guarantee

Your move-out cleaning should be ready for the final walkthrough. If your landlord or property manager identifies a cleaning issue in an area included in your agreed move-out cleaning checklist within 24 hours, contact us, and we’ll return to re-clean that area at no additional charge.

The guarantee applies to cleaning included in the original service. It does not cover property damage, normal wear and tear, excluded services, areas that were inaccessible during the appointment, or mess created after the cleaning was completed.
